HALFRO BLACK
Halfro Black is my monicker that use to I produce, rap, sing, write, and perform music.
I needed a symbol that encompassed this effort. I contemplated the dimensions of 'Halfro Black' and landed on a few key aspects. The use of Black and White to make one symbol, being two sides of the same coin, togetherness and void intertwined.
I designed the mark to mimic Goku's Kanji, the symbol on his orange suit. I've always been a geek.

ABOUT
I've been producing music since 2015, but somehow I was convinced that not completing songs or releasing them was OK. Sure you can call yourself an artist and not create art, but it was deeper than that. I was stuck, in nearly every facet of life. After my first mixtape I released in 2017, I didn't release music for 7 years.
I realized I could do something about it through hardships and put my willpower to the test, deciding that I would pull myself out of this rut by making something that I am truly proud of, to complete fruition.
I began trying to create a full-length conceptual album, and it turned into a 17-track album with sound design elements to create a replica of my world for the listeners.
OBJECTIVES :
- Create an album that would break me free (and hopefully others) from stagnation, whether self-induced or otherwise.
- Design Collateral & Album art that conveys and encompasses the multifaceted nature of the piece of work.
- Make a conceptual piece of work that embodies my experience and communicates relatability.
- Create a Rollout Campaign with content for the album such as Music Videos, Extra Album Art, and Social Media Content.
- Replicate my world into a sonic listening experience with a story.
